I just cannot believe this town that I moved to. This must be the most depressed town in the country.

• Only in Winton can you drive a horse inside of a bar.
• Where do all the Gang-Bangers live? 
• Its ok to dump chemicals, garbage, AG by-products, and park trailers with fuel in my front yard and driveway.
• Driving down the street, one out of every 5 homes is foreclosed. I did notice that a year earlier, the occupants were buying expensive SUV's like H2 and Cadillac Escalade. 
  
• The mailbox is full of flyers to get Comcast cable, but not available in my area. (know wonder cable prices are high)
• Monday, 10-20-2008, A man was shot while taking his morning walk
