I did some checking around and this is what I have found:

• http://www.jeffsstartalk.com/ is hosted by http://www.aplus.net/ , the minimum requirements will allow all these applications to run with no extra added charges from the hosting company that I could locate.
• 5GB space will allow you to host for  few years of continual growth.
• 100 GB of transfer rate is also acceptable.
